Capital Real Estate Development, L.L.C. is a real estate acquisition and development company with its holdings in the metropolitan Houston area. The company is a full service organization, offering construction development, brokerage, and property management services.

We have been acquiring real estate since 1999. Our experience includes locating raw land, developing a vision for its highest and best use, determining its potential value, and managing each phase of its development from inception to stabilization or deposition. Depending on our strategic goals, each development is either positioned for sale or retained in our portfolio for residual income. This philosophy has been our success and continues to return significant profits to our investors.

Currently our portfolio includes apartment complexes, retail buildings, industrial warehouses and storage facilities.
