3131 West Little York Partners, LP - 53,000 sq.ft. crane-served warehouse on 5.0 acres of land leased to international oil field manufacturing company.

290 Spring Cypress, LP – A 60 acre tract was purchased on the 290 corridor for residential development. The acreage was sold to Lannar Homes, producing a return of 16% to its investors.


Joint venture with R.C. Rolland, L.L.C. – Retail center, the Seeker's grocery store building on Westview & Blalock.

Spring Ridge, LP – Single tenant lease with credit tenant. This freestanding industrial building was purchased empty and was marketed shortly to acquire Well Dynamics, a subsidiary of Halliburton,. The tenant contemplates a second building to be built on the property.

Malibu Court Apartments - This project was rehabbed and managed for 6 years before being sold and produced average returns of 11%.

Oak Forest Apartments -  Renovated and sold within 16 months and produces 50% plus returns.
